The Orchestra Pit feels a burning within. Indigestion? Or is it a desire to share the latest hot news with you? It is the latter. Thus: The next Orchestra Pit Club Quarterly will again take place at Peter Parker’s (4, Denmark Street, London Town. WC2H 8LP-nearest tube: Tottenham Club Road) on Wednesday 8th September. Headlining this auspicious event will be Nought, the masters of math rock instrumentals and impossible time sequences. Nought make a most welcome return to our little club to entertain and edify. In support we have Your New Friend who play songs about 'lying, cheating, remembering, forgetting, home-wrecking and parenting that will find a space in the fullest of heads and hearts'. The evening opens up, as usual, with resident band Nitwood who combine a heady mix of free improvisation and hypnotic ‘kraut groove exotica’. Anything can happen. Tickets are £6 on the door / £4 in advance from our shop Doors: 7pm - midnight The Orchestra Pit effervesces at your constant loyalty and interest
