addressing Mr. Winestain's concerns
Dear Mr. Winestain, i think you'll find your money is being well spent. coming up in September we have 2 great new vinyl releases - "Three Blind Mice" by Terry Edwards & The Scapegoats and "Cut It!" by Blurt. as for Casey Kasem, tell him he ain't got a scooby doo about what constitutes good music. to paraphrase my good friend Mr. Ray Winstone in 'Scum' - "charts?, i shit 'em!". much love, Johnny x.
well boys, it's been almost a year since you came to me asking for that loan. sceptical though i may have been, i'm up for a punt every once in a while.....i guess there was something about you kids that reminded myself about the young Robert Winestain, maybe it was the shorts and the scabs on your knees. anyway, what's going on, i don't see you on the front of Billboard, and i sure as hell ain't getting no texts from Casey Kasem updating me on your goddam chart entries. as my good friend David Lynch says, "you gotta keep your eye on the donut, not the hole"......i've no idea of the relavance of that, but i don't care if it's donuts you're selling or records, YOU GOTTA MAKE SOME DOUGH!
