Scaledown Live Performance Event number 27 looked a bit like this:
Richard, Mark and Dan - Regailing us with a stentorian version of "Babes in the Wood".
Lucy Johnson - A divine voiced chorister who has recently turned her hand to songwriting, expect moments of spinetinglyness.
geoffthepianist - Piano fireworks and lyrical drama from West Sussex based singer and ivory tinkler.
Lost Robots - Both propulsive and delicately textural, Lost Robots re-create fragmentary cut-ups of improvisation and hypnotic structure.
Ian R Watson and Pete Marsh - Ace free improvised trumpet maestro Ian R Watson plays Scaledown in collaboration with Pete Marsh, bassist from eclectic London outfit Lob.
Nik Gillow - A slightly alternative singer song writer from East Sussex, currently playing in front of people wherever and whenever possible, and making recordings in the country.
Crayola Lectern - "An ongoing musical project which charts the life of it's creator, the music evolving at the same pace as that of his life. Not seeking out reward or success, but merely a naive expression of the ongoing trials, feelings, moments of salvation experienced by one human being, it is the diary of a life with little to prove". so sayeth Mr Lectern's myspace site. Purveyor of fragile psychedelic ballads.
